It is a nice approach to use exceptions to invoke UI questions.  I would
prefer the default to be to be noisy and pop up questions to the user,
but hey, free code so who can complain?

I have not actually tested whether this works is the only thing.  If
anyone wants to try it for a while then why not put it in?  It's a great
example of a good way to do UI interactions from low-level tools.
