[BUG][FIX] ( [closed] bad subjects results in thread of disparate messages )

This is in reference to BFAV2 IDs 301, 480, 12319, and 13792.  In each
case either the message has a blank subject (except for the tags) or a
parenthetical comment appears immediately after the tags and before the
subject text.  In the case of the poorly placed parentheses BFAV2
decides that what is the parentheses must be a review comment which is
supposed to be after the original subject text.  So it ignores
everything after the closing parentheses.  In either case if these are
still relevant they should be resubmitted with a fixed subject.
