[FIX] BrowserDragFixes-nk ( [et] works as advertised but related bug in #22424 persists )

Works for the mentioned cases. One other related thing is still broken:

* Now deselect any method category, so that none is selected, and again
try to move any method to any method category (without selecting the
method first). This time a "new" empty method named Definition appears
in the list of methods.

So I won't close #22424 yet.
