[ENH] FileList2-bkv ( [sm] now adds #morphicViewOn, refactors #morphicView )

I couldn't get #morphicViewOn:withLabel: to change the label in a way
that stuck around, so I contented myself with just adding a
#morphicViewOn: method and then refactoring #morphicView to delegate to
#morphicViewOn:.
