[ENH] TimesInBFAV-nk ( [er][sm] Looks good but... )

OK, this is me missing something obvious, but I don't see any difference
in the BFAV lists. Looking at the code (and I've loaded your
DateTimeFactoredPrint-nk changeset) I expect to see something like "[ENH
Fooing the Bar (2004-03-12 11:22:33)" in the lists, but I still see the
old "[ENH Fooing the Bar (12 March 2004)".

So what am I missing?
