[FIX] BalloonCanvasImageToDisplayFix-nk ( [er][su][cd][sm] Recommend Including )

Tested in 3.7 beta #5905.  Bugs exist w/o the fix; fix fixes the bugs. 
Both changes very straight forward.  The sunit tests attached error w/o
the fix and pass with the fixes.
