[FIX] PSPointSizeFix-nk v3 ( [er] looks good, trust the author )

This is a newer and more complete version provided by Ned, the author of
the original changes. It produced a very reasonable looking Postscript
screen dump (with respect to font sizes, which is the issue that it
addresses). I read though the changes and checked that the updated
methods are all newer than those in the image. Everything looks fine; I
recommend approval.
