[FIX][BUG] Morphic-PDA ( autoreview, just to add some comments )

This was supposed to be a fix to "[BUG] Morphic-PDA".

I implemented the fix suggested in that post, but unfortunately sent it
to the list as "[BUG][FIX] Morphic-PDA", and now we have 2 separate
items in BFAV.

Then, harvesters approving/accepting this fix should also close "[BUG]
Morphic-PDA".
