[ENH] TestCaseRunnerButton-nk ( Two early observations )

TestCaseResultMorph openForClass: ReviewerPostTest which worked except
for one odd thing: the test case
testChangeSetNameIsLessThan35CharactersLong would display without the
entire method name being wrapped in the green frame
TestCaseResultMorph openForClass: DecentReviewerNotePadTest which ran
pretty well except I could never get the tests to stop running by
clicking on the stopTest text (in fact it sorta looked like it ran the
tests a second time
