[BUG][FIX] Please keep those files closed... ( [closed] conflicts, needs to be updated )

On August 20th, 2004 Marcus Denker reviewed this fix and noted that it
conflicts with update 5947.  If I understand correctly that means that
if this issue is still relevant that the fix should be updated.  Please
feel free to resubmit this issue if appropriate to the Mantis database
