[BUG][FIX] Problem in string comparaison in 3.8beta ( [closed] needs to be updated and resubmitted )

This changeset no longer appears to be appropriate since MultiString is
not a class that can be found in 3.8-6665-basic.  Likely this is due to
changes in the Multilingualization report.  If you feel that this issue
is still relevant please update your submission and submit it directly
to the Mantis databased at
