BUG][FIX] Dropping a button from Object Catalog to Tools Flap fix ( [er][sm] CS attached )

The harvesters wont reveiw unless cs are attached as cs.gz files so I
made one  (See http://minnow.cc.gatech.edu/squeak/3544 for discussion)
Installed into 3.9a#6590.   This is a simple change to ensure
IconicButtons are returned rather than a deep copy but... I wasnt able
to come up with a convincing demo of pre fix problem an post fix
goodness.  Can you give a suggested test?  The closest I came was:
(PartsBin newPartsBinWithOrientation: #leftToRight from: #())
morphToDropFrom: IconicButton new openInHand 
but this really doesnt demonstrate the problem in the prefix code.
