[BUG] Package Browser horizontal scrollbar ( [closed] appears to be fixed as of 3.8-6665 )

I'm unable to replicate this in a base 3.8-6665 image.  I tried various
combination of the preferences on the scrolling page but in every case
it always seemed to produce a correctly working package pane browser. 
If you feel that it is appropriate please feel free to open a new report
in the Mantis database at

you have set.
