[BUG] browse MessageTally with balloonHelpInMessageLists ( [closed] sort of fixed as of 3.8-6665 )

I'm closing this issue but it can be argued that this problem is not
necessarily fixed.  As Karl has pointed out there is no problem
currently most likely because Balloon Help is not currently working for
lazy lists.  Please feel free to resubmit this issue to the Mantis
database at
