The original report in this case provided only a debug log without any
description of the action that resulted in the bug.  There was a request
for more information but as far as I can tell there was no response. 
The thread continued by speculating on the cause and then veering off
into discussion of the deficiencies of the file system.  All in all it
doesn't seem to be possible to extract from this a clear report to place
in the Mantis database.  Please feel free to resubmit this report to the
Mantis database at
