[ENH] UtilitiesDailyUpdate-huma ( [closed] enhancement does not work in 3.8-6665 )

I applied the enhancement to 3.8-6665, but it failed badly, with missing
variables in class
Utilities, etc. I might be missing something, and erring on closing it.
If this is the
case, I humbly ask you to resubmit the enhancement to Mantis at
http://bugs.impara.de/
