[BUG] [FIX] TextPropertiesMorph - overflow ( [closed] retracting due to memory loss )

Obviously my description should have been clearer.  Some 18 months later
I don't any longer remember or understand what this is supposed to fix. 
It's not a complex fix anyway so if I remember the issue or anyone else
recognizes it it is easily reproduced.  I'm just going to close this and
forget about it for now.
