There are references to:

- Linux: http://www.linuxnetworks.de/doc/index.php/OpenDBX/Setup/Unix-like
- Windows: http://www.linuxnetworks.de/doc/index.php/OpenDBX/Setup/Windows

Notice that windows dlls are for OpenDBX 1.4.1 and Linux ones for 1.4. This
is because 1.4.1 just fix things for windows.
This is also transparent for SqueakDBX. You can use both of them without any
problem.

Remember you must to have the client library installed and "findable" for
the OS.
