[SqueakDBX] Timestamp with time zone..

Hi folks..

I have the follow problem..

when access to a Postgresql Database from a windows machine..
when read a timestamp with timezone, the squeakdbx returns the data with
this format. "08/06/2004 05:00:00 CEST"...
but  DateAndTime class>>readDbxFrom: aStream. expects the date with $-
separator format.

What i need fix..?
