[SqueakDBX] Problems

As of now, Squeak 4.2 bombs when trying to load the DBXNullTextConverter class 
because the class variable "instance" isn't capitalized.

But earlier, I had other kinds of errors.  I guess something, somehow, has been 
released on Squeaksource since I'm reloading everything from a fresh image (and 
Squeak installation!).
