[SqueakDBX] MSSQL, selecting nvarchar (other types too) field causes DBXTypeNotSupported.

Your read my mind. I was just firing up the debugger to have a look at the  
whole thing.

However I've just had a call from my babysitters and I have to go home and  
take my daughter to the pediatrician. I'll start tomorrow.
