[SqueakDBX] SqueakDBX Dependancy

 Hi I want to load the SqueakDBX package in Pharo 1.2.1 but due to some network problem I am not able to load it through the Gofer script. I want to know if I can load the package from the squeak website and what are the files to me loaded for the squeakdbx to work properly(SqueakDBX dependancies). I have already downloaded the following files. Please kindly tell me if any more files are required and what is the sequence of their load.
