implementation it seemed wise to link the encoding setting to Glorp<br>

</div>First, thaks for postgresql version info. Is there some place to read about<br>
that discussion or is the discussion yet to be made.<br></blockquote><div><br>Glorp WAS and IS developed in VisualWorks Smalltalk (another Smalltalk dialect). Someone once port it to Squeak. The last squeak (and thus, Pharo) version of GLorp is like 2 o 3 years old. If you take the version of today of VisualWorks you will see mcuh more things and features in Glorp.<br>
<br>We once tried to port it, but it was very complicated and we didn't have too much time. We concentrated in fixing SqueakDatabaseAcceessor and being able to use ANY database driver. That's all our refactor and the thing behind the name GlorpDBX.<br>
