I think SqF could be useful for pooling donations.
When it comes to money, it's probably a good idea to be on sound legal
grounds.
YAS has been suggested. If we don't find anything we want to do that
can't be
done while being YAS, we should do it.
IIRC, Dave Thomas offered help with the legal part. Maybe he could
search
YAS's rules for gotcha's or limitations?

I agree with Cees that this shouldn't be much of a problem. If anybody
feels
it's unfair, we will just point out that this is how the world was
designed
... ;-)
