Looking at <http://www.caia.net/purpose.htm> it seems to me that many of
those principles are really quite relevant to our situation. Certainly
A.1-3 (maybe even 4) and B.1-8 look well suited (with a few obvious
edits) Best of all, they are simple and intelligable.

Of course, we have to add that I am in charge of everything somewhere in
the list :-) But nobody important is going to object to that.
