I think I need to go away more often - the surge in traffic is simply 
incredible :-)

Anyway, Paul gave a nice summary of a nice chat, and we really got some stuff 
cooking.  There are too many mails to answer, so I'll just stick with the 
"concrete projects" bit.

To Andreas' list: first, we need to consolidate web/net presence of Squeak and 
make the administration process transparant, so people who want to do 
something can find who's in charge of a certain section. Needed:
- www.squeak.org "front page". Check.
- swiki.squeak.org - is there a need to move this out from the current place 
or can we just make the appropriate DNS change?
- ftp.squeak.org - central download repository. I'll be happy to set that up.
- lists.squeak.org - mailing lists.
[Cc'ing to Dan as domain contact - Dan, does Gisol provide flexible enough DNS 
for this or does this need to go to SqF-controlled nameservers?]
