No objections.  Since you, Ned and Goran all mentioned that you have no 
objections, a fourth concurrence from me is probably unnecessary. :-)  
(Especially given that the fix has already been tested a bit by SqC, 
and 3.4 is still "alpha" mode.)

But I suppose it's good to bring these additions up here on an ad-hoc 
basis until the better harvesting mechanism is in place.  Although we 
don't want to flood this list by reviewing one update at a time... 
perhaps they could be done in small batches (several updates per 
email).  Hm.  Well, we'll have to stumble along for the time being.
