My original idea with the roles was not that this is the only thing I or
you will do - but that if someone wonders - "Hey, what is happening with
SM?" - then there is at least one person to ask and to expect an answer
from.

Being responsible for an area is not the same as doing all the work
there.

Again - having the role doesn't mean that you need to *do* it, just make
sure it *gets done*. Perhaps this distinction was not clear when I
started blabbering about roles - obviously I am not getting through with
this "role thing" so please feel free to drop it or pick it up as you
please.

I agree. Ned, can you list them on the Swiki (a first draft that is)? In
not so many words, though. Like "Fixing a bunch of things in the image
making it package friendlier" is one item. "Adding versions and
dependencies to SM" is another.

Then we can all chip in and help filling the holes.
