[Squeakfoundation]SqF top swiki page is now locked

Someone has been persistently uploading mp3's and other files to the SqF 
top swiki page over the last few weeks (which show up as links at the 
bottom of the page), so I took the liberty of simply locking the top 
page.  This has worked well so far on the minnow Swiki to stop 
file-uploading abuse.  I hope this is okay with you, Cees. :-)

The password for the SqF top page is "squeak" (same as on minnow), for 
when anyone needs to make changes to it.  I'm guessing the uploaders do 
not follow this mailing list. ;-)
