I just bought the same book in the US by searching on Amazon.com and buying it used. Maybe not all of the used book sellers listed ship outside the US, but I'll bet some do... I only paid US$17 plus shipping. My copy is like new too and although the CD had been opened, it's fine. Good luck! Bruce Strothenke
