[Squeakland] news about french translation of squeak

Hi,

Thanks for your information, if you want to try my work I attach the file  which is like a project.
See the addFrenchVocabulary which is a mix of  French and German At the ed you'll find the stuff which should 
be added.

Since I use the triplet , you probably have to add the help  instead of  "blabla"

You have to load the poject  from a standard squeak plugin.image.
I have explained French and English how to install it in a workspace

 TRY it get a taste of it and give me a feed back
