Cmd-Click on the text until it selects the Textplus Morph. Then resize 
it with the yellow halo handle.

Someone should update that project. Similar layout problems are in the 
evolution essay, IIRC.

Yes, select "Publish It", "ok", and then "Save on local disk only".
