[Squeakland] can't see local disks

Very bizarre because, as I said, I'd been doing exactly this inside a
project. Numerous times I would do a 'FIND' to grab a jpg image from other
locations on my local disks (I didn't dream this :). Is there some mode I
could have been in that disabled the sandbox? I thought perhaps it could be
due to being online or not, but that wasn't it.
