[Squeakland] 'turn toward' behavior

Hi, Randy,
Yes, it's a good observation.
Unless there are objections from the community, we'll plan to change
this such that "turn toward" will work regardless of overlap; we'll
do this in the new "Squeakland05," which we are actively testing
right now and which will be ready by the time of SqueakFest.
