[Squeakland] Tile-Script Scrollbar[was]clear object-specific pen trails

Randy,

I've put a script in a GeeMail box and it seems to scroll tile-script
satisfactorily in eToys while running.
There is one artifact when dragging & dropping tiles onto a GeeMail embedded
tile-script. The artifact is that copy of the image of the tile is put on
the left side of the desktop. It's nice to have the development environment
the same as the graphical environment.

Tweak 1.0 has as Scrollpane Widget but I've not been able to put a
tile-script into it yet.

Cheers,
Darius
