[Squeakland] save Squeak animation to Flash

If I have animations in Squeak and want to capture them into a Flash
movie, what would be the easiest way?

I know I can use a program like Wink to capture screenshots and make a
Flash movie that way. I want to avoid getting the Wink frame and
play/pause button around the movie.

Any ideas, or better yet solutions?
