[Squeakland] feature request: rotation center help

Hi, Randy,

Good idea, and now done!   Update "0534rotCenterHaloHelp-sw" 
implements this suggestion; it should appear with the next batch of 
updates, once they get pushed to the external Squeakland update 
server.
