[Squeakland] Squeak and concept maps

Ned Konz' Connectors can be used to draw concept and mind maps in
Squeak. I believe the Connectors package is included in the eToys
image. If you embed the concept map into a  bookmorph, you could
program the map to actually jump to different pages in the book,
depending on what node you selected.
