[Squeakland] "add a parameter" script feature in etoys

Hi, Tony,

Indeed, there's no gold-box on the old "squeakland install", only on  
etoys systems based on the olpc image.  Hopefully before to long we  
can convert the "squeakland install" over to a derivative of the  
latest olpc system.
