[Squeakland] How to remove a language item from menu Squeakland

  For doing Etoys, I recommend to use the squeakland version or the
OLPC version.  And, it is a bit hard to say, but questions in regards
to Squeak 3.9, 3.10, and 3.11 etc. should be sent to the squeak-dev
list.
