Actually, it's etoys at lists.laptop.org and you have to subscribe first:
http://lists.laptop.org/listinfo/etoys

But indeed I meant to ask the same question. In Etoys you have full  
access to the underlying Squeak system so essentially anything is  
possible, there are no hard walls as in other "toy" systems.
