[squeakland] New Etoys Installer (#2237) for testing

The Toolbar improvement seems great. 
No crashes till now. 

I have the same issue as Milan in Add/Remove programs. (Win-XP) There is no entry present for eToys. But this seems a minor problem I never noticed before since the uninstaller is present in eToys folder and Start Menu item.
