[squeakland] featured showcase restart & groups delayed

Hi everyone,

It was decided that the "gallery" projects (within Etoys) should go  
through the same ranking and featuring process as everything else.

As such, the featured showcase is now empty.   The education team will  
feature projects based upon their own process.

Would the authors of the "gallery" projects share them to the showcase  
with their own account?   Use the project versions in the latest Etoys  
4 RC.

Also, I've disabled the "groups" functionality due to a pending coding  
rewrite.  Groups will hopefully be fixed before the October 21st launch.
