[squeakland] ranking system is live

Hi everyone,

The "mojo filter" ranking system is live.  There are likely still kinks.

A brief description can be found here:

To receive ballots, you must have an account and you must click "send  
me ballots".

For those that received the first wave of ballots, the screenshot link  
was bad, but is hopefully now fixed.
