I have posted the Quick Guides translated into Italian on EtoysIllinois.

Please let me know if you are interested in working together to translate the guides into other languages. Stephen Trofinoff, who works at NCSA, volunteered to translate the text into Italian and developed a format that made it easy for me to put his text into the interactive guides. He worked in a word document and I worked in Etoys. It made a good division of the work since he didn't know Etoys and I didn't know Italian. 

Languages that use fonts other than the ones available in Etoys can still be put into the interactive guides if we just plan ahead to make the translated text fit, at least roughly, into the areas on a page already defined for the text. I can print screen your text if needed, and then use a scale factor to make it fit visually but expand when the reader clicks on it.
