[squeakland] File error on open and sound reverb problem again

Stephen,

The video makes your approach to adding the fix crystal clear. Thanks.

I'd still like the project local reverb disable button in the Score
Player to work one day sooner than later. For casual authors, that's
much less intimidating than having to navigate the debugger.
