[squeakland] toward 5.0.1 - fixes pending

Below are the 5.0.1 issues for which code fixes are pending in "resolved" status on the Etoys Tracker (http://tracker.squeakland.org/).

Each of these now needs to be "committed" (or questioned) by one of the usual "committers" (that would be Karl, Ricardo, and Bert, I believe).  Once that is done, interested users will be able to load updates (answering Yes when asked whether to "Load the latest packages from the default repository?") into their 5.0 systems in order to benefit from -- and test -- these proposed fixes.

We are still hoping for a very-early-summer release for the 5.0.1 bug-fix update.  Action on the issues below (by the committers) and, generally, comments and suggestions from the Etoys community on these, any any other 5.0.1-related issues, would be appreciated.

Additionally,  a fix addressing SQ-1095 - "A project created in Etoys 5.0 will not run in Etoys 4.x" was committed earlier this month and is already present in the update stream.
