[squeakland] Plan Ceibal Wi-Fi Hot Spots in Montevideo

This map shows the location of wi-fi hot spots in Montevideo,  where the Plan Ceibal computers may access internet,  in addition to the educational institutions.

I don´t know the details.  I have seen the sign at a public square near our home.
