[SqNOS] 16 bits display fixed

Thanks to Tim Rowledge and Andreas Raab I just fixed the 16 bits display :-)
I basically took a peep at the framebuffer implementation and copied the
function mangling the bits. Here I'm attaching a new sqGlue.c which can
handle 16 bits properly.
