[SqNOS] VMWare appliacen released

I've just released yet one more version of the same ESUG presentation.
This time it's a *VMWare Appliance* that you should be able to use with
the free VMWare Player (http://www.vmware.com/products/player/)

Using the VMWare disk mount utility
(http://www.vmware.com/download/eula/diskmount_ws_v55.html), or directly
from VMWare Workstation (if you own it), or in Linux using
vmware-mount.pl, you can mount the included virtual disk, change the
.image file, and reboot.

This is currently the easiest and fastest way to test your modified
bootable Squeak images.
